Join us for the March Wine & Dine for the Arts dinner at The Wellwood in Charlestown, MD on Friday, March 27, 2026 starting at 6 p.m. Featured Artist: Colleen Tiefenthal. 100% of all sales made that evening go directly to her.

The Menu

Welcome:

• Croquetas de Jamon, Serrano Ham croquette fried & served with saffron infused olive oil
• Albondigas, Spanish meatballs of beef & pork simmered in rich tomato sauce
• Cheeseboard of Spanish Cheeses (manchego, drunken goat cheese, Mitca wooly wooly) with shaved Serrano Ham
• Tortilla Espanola, traditional Spanish omelet of potato, vegetables, herbs

Paired with: Devil’s Brut (sparkling)

Course: Empanadas de Carne, beef braised with piquillo peppers, mushroom, paprika and red wine wrapped in flaky dough & baked
Paired with: Casillero Del Diablo Red Blend

Course: Deconstructed Paella, Chorizo sausage, mussels, shrimp & fish with rich saffron tomato sauce, served with Calasparra rice cake
Paired with: Casillero Del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc

Course: Tres Pastres, a trio of Spanish Desserts: Crema Catalinia (lemon custard), Tarta Santiago (almond cake), Basque Cheese Cake
